HIIT it with Yoga is a wonderfully effective combination of two great disciplines!  High intensity interval training (HIIT) is fun, effective, and challenging for all.  Yoga is the practice of poses that combines deep, meditative breathing with slow strengthening movements which is incredibly healthy for your mind, body, and spirit.  Fusing these two seemingly different formats together is clearly a “win-win” approach for successful cardiovascular exercise improvement and overall performance!

Class time: Sundays - 5:45~6:35pm

Class cost: $11 per drop-in, $95 for 10 class punch card
